RESEARCH
What we are researching
Onboarding is the moment most energy apps lose people. We want to learn how real users actually go through it: where it is clear, where it is confusing, how long it takes, and what gets in the way. That can only be studied with real devices in real households, because every manufacturer login, every device generation, and every country behaves differently.
That is why we are looking for participants with a solar inverter or home battery from these manufacturers:

During onboarding, we look at things like:
- How easily do you get from sign-up to a connected device?
- How easily can you find and use your manufacturer login?
- Where do you hesitate, get stuck, or need help?
- Does your device connect reliably on the first try?
- Do measurements arrive completely and correctly once it is connected?

Sign up to myPodero
Create your account in the myPodero app: my.podero.com

Connect your device
Link it yourself in myPodero using your manufacturer login (a few minutes). Go through it the way you normally would; this is exactly what we want to learn from.

Send an email to claim your reward
Write to support@podero.com once your device is connected, or if you get stuck at any point. Include the email address you signed up with and, if you like, a few words on what worked and what didn't. If you ran into issues, we'll help you finish the connection together.

Your €50 is on its way. Now you decide:

Stop here.
Disconnect your device (or leave it connected, it's up to you) and that's it.
OPTION B
Stay for 2 weeks and earn another €50.
We continue to monitor your device and run steering tests, for example shifting charging into cheap hours or briefly limiting feed-in. Your device keeps running normally throughout, and we keep you posted about what we do. At the end of the 2 weeks you receive the second €50.
